Laying the foundation

Healing your body is like building a house. 

When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. The same is true for your body. Your body has to go through a particular plan of care in order to repair itself correctly and fully so it can be healthy for years to come.

Our priorities are to eliminate your pain, restore your body's ability to move, repair your weaknesses and get you back to doing what you need to do for home, work or play.
